Closed and integrated BD Nexiva system designed with intravenous catheter and double inlet, made in BD Vialón (radiopaque polyurethane), a biocompatible material that improves needle penetration, tip integrity, and tolerance. 

Thanks to Instaflash technology, it incorporates a hole at the tip of the needle to ensure immediate visualization of blood return along the body of the catheter, a feature especially optimal in cases where the patient has compromised veins or low blood pressure. 

In addition, it softens inside the vein, reducing the risk of mechanical phlebitis and the recovery of flow by bending.

- It has a passive and integrated safety device to protect the needle after the cannulation is completed, thus preventing its reactivation. 
- The stylet passes through a silicone membrane located at the back, cleaning the stylet of blood and fluids and eliminating blood contact.
- Catheter hub and double inlet in blue color.
