GENERAL CONDITIONS

Registering on dhmedicalmaterial.com is free. The customer will have access to their personal data through a password and will be able to change the data at any time. The customer is not obliged to register and can unsubscribe at any time. The information we receive when a registration is made is completely confidential and only DH Medical Material, S.L. will have access to the data.

We inform you that the displayed photographs may in some cases be understood as indicative since in many cases improvements can be implemented that do not affect the operation (use of the products. It may also happen that some packaging or color is different from the one shown as a sample on the web page of the item.

SHIPPING

At DH Medical Material we ship our products to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Italy.

The amount of shipping costs is automatically calculated during the purchase process. You will be able to check it before confirming and paying for your order.

You can check the shipping costs by adding the products to the shopping cart.

The price of the transport depends on the volume of the products, the weight and the shipping area.

Shipping is paid in the Peninsula by DH Medical Material company for orders whose taxable base is equal to 100 €.

For orders of less than 100 €, the transport price is 7 € + VAT.

If you wish to collect the order by your own means, this will not entitle you to request any type of shipping compensation. In these cases, for orders that are picked up by their own means at our offices with a taxable base less than 50 €, handling charges of 5 € + VAT will be charged.

The delivery of the material is made at street level, i.e. it is not the carrier's obligation to take the goods up to any floor or to bring the goods into the customer's premises.

NOTE: Please bear in mind that especially in the delivery of large volume goods such as stretchers, display cases, etc., that in no case is the service of climbing stairs included in the price. Consult the price of additional services through the contact form or by telephone contact on number 93 864 37 07.

The prices of the products do not include installation or assembly.

For areas outside mainland Spain, shipping costs are not included, which will be borne by the customer, nor are customs duties and taxes in the area in cases where they are required.

DH Medical Material S.L. is not responsible for customs retentions. In case the customer refuses to pay the corresponding import taxes, the goods will be retained in their respective customs. No returns will be accepted due to the customer's failure to withdraw the goods from customs.

IMPORTANT: In case it is found at the time of delivery by the carrier, non-conformities or that the goods are visibly damaged, you must note on the carrier's delivery note such fact and notify DH Medical Material S.L. immediately or within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by contacting the DH Medical Material S.L. post-sales service department. In any case, you should always check that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and it is recommended to always put on the carrier's delivery note "AGREED SUBJECT TO EXAMINATION" in order to be able to claim later, otherwise the receipt of the product is deemed to be agreed.

DELIVERY TIMES

For products NOT AVAILABLE in stock, the delivery time can vary between 4 and 60 days. The indicative delivery time of each product can be seen from the product sheet. However, we remind you that this delivery time is indicative, and is not in real time. If you need to know exactly the availability of a product, you should check it through the contact form and/or through our customer service department.

The delivery time may vary due to manufacturing or import issues.

As we have more than 5000 different references among all our products, selected in various countries and areas around the world, it is not possible to have in stock several units of each reference.

* The products indicated IN STOCK, are available at the moment you are looking.

However, as the stock is not in real time there may be a small discrepancy in both references indicated as stock and not being so because they have just been sold, and vice versa.

The approximate delivery times for those articles IN STOCK, in working days are the following:

· Balearic Islands: 2-10 days

The days count from when the total amount is effective in our bank account.

NOTE: the delivery times indicated by DH Medical Material, S.L. are indicative, although our company will strive to respect these deadlines, their delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

When placing an order for various items with different delivery dates, the delivery time of the complete order should be understood as the longest of all the delivery times of each of the items.

DH Medical Material can make multiple deliveries without any additional charge, although this fact is exclusively up to DH medical Material.

If for reasons of urgency you need a partial delivery of an order prior to the date of the complete order, do not hesitate to contact the customer service department. DH Medical Material reserves the right to request an additional charge for transport and/or cash on delivery in these cases.

When placing the order you will receive in your email a summary of the order with the account number and the amount you must transfer. (Please note that until the full payment is received in the current account of DH Medical Material your order will not be processed).

Any exchange and bank fees are borne by the customer.

NOTE: It is very important for transfers or deposits that in the SENDER or ORDERER field indicate the name of the final customer and in the SUBJECT you must indicate the Order No., Quotation No. or Invoice No.

DH Medical Material reserves the right not to accept this form of payment in some orders. In that case, DH Medical Material will contact you to offer you an alternative form of payment or you will be given the possibility to cancel the order without any penalty for the customer.

PRICES

The purchase prices in force at the time the order is placed are those displayed on the screen, except for typographical errors. DH Medical Material reserves the right to change prices.

The installation of the products is not included in the product price.

The prices will indicate the Value Added Tax (VAT).

All prices are expressed in Euros and are expressed without taxes.

In Spain the Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories the expenses of customs clearance and import taxes will be borne by the customer).

In the rest of the countries it will depend on the area, the VAT and the expenses of customs clearance and import taxes will be borne by the customer, if it corresponds to apply them.

WITHDRAWAL OF ORDERS

The customer will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has ended, DH MATERIAL MÉDICO S.L. will not accept returns for withdrawal of Product purchases.

The customer will not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, in particular, indicatively and not limitatively, in the following cases: (i) Products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized; (ii) For hygiene and health reasons, DH MATERIAL MÉDICO S.L. restricts the returns of hygiene products, products likely to be in contact with the skin, food products and products that have been unsealed after delivery, therefore, the return of the same will not be accepted; (iii) Products that at the time of purchase show a different delivery time to "approximate delivery time of 24 to 48 hours". In these cases it is understood that it is a product purchased on demand and DH Material Medico reserves the right not to accept the return of the same.

The procedure to exercise a return will start with the customer's request by opening a management through the Customer Service Department that appears on the Website and its sending to DH MATERIAL MÉDICO S.L. The Customer Service Department will reply within a maximum period of 48 hours from the receipt of the request, assigning if applicable return instructions.
