30L Class B M30-B Matachana Autoclave with printer
Description
The Class B M30-B autoclave incorporates the latest technical advances to ensure high productivity, optimizing material management and saving time and resources. It allows the sterilization of all types of material, from instruments with lumens (turbines, handpieces, contra-angles, etc.), textiles, delicate materials and susceptible to being contaminated by prions, to packaged or unpackaged products. Thanks to its large loading capacity of 30 liters, it is a vacuum system equivalent to large sterilizers.
Installation and startup of the equipment are included in the price and are carried out by the manufacturer itself, so the autoclave is installed in consultation with all the guarantees to ensure its correct operation.
Features:
Materials:
- Made with an easy to remove baked lacquered aluminum coating.
- The exterior of the door and the front of the equipment are made of very resistant plastic material.
- The sterilization chamber is entirely built in chrome-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel. The interior has been electrochemically polished and its exterior thermally insulated to avoid heat losses.
- The chamber door is solid, with horizontal folding opening and is equipped with two chrome-nickel stainless steel closures and a locking mechanism that prevents its opening if the chamber is under pressure. The door is sealed by a temperature resistant silicone gasket.
- The chamber preheating occurs through electric heating resistors.
Integrated printer:
Includes an alphanumeric matrix printer that allows printing the serial number of the autoclave, the date, the identification of the cycle/program, the program parameters, the start time of the cycle, the pressure and temperature, the end time of the cycle and error messages with indications of the cause. It is also possible to print the cycle data using a PC printer and SteriDoc software (optional accessory not included).
Independent steam generator:
It has an independent steam generator controlled by a microprocessor to ensure a faster sterilization cycle.
High power vacuum pump:
The air in the chamber is extracted through a fractional vacuum that ensures the penetration of steam at all points in the chamber, both inside hollow instruments and in porous or packaged material. It also guarantees a deep vacuum at the end of the cycle to eliminate residual moisture and ensure the drying of the material by an electric vacuum pump.
Independent sensor:
It has a Pt-100 temperature sensor to independently monitor the temperature. Its documentation is located in the sterilization chamber according to the requirements of European legislation.
Absolute pressure gauge:
Absolute pressure gauge barometrically compensated 0-4000 mbar that records the pressure distribution in the chamber regardless of atmospheric pressure. Through the control system, the analog signal generated (4 to 20mA) is digitally evaluated and then processed. This model guarantees precise temperature control in a range of -0 OC to +3 OC with fluctuations of maximum +-1 OC during the sterilization process.
Self-regulation of cycle duration:
The duration of the cycles is self-regulated according to the load through an internal system of optimization of the different parameters, thus achieving the shortest possible cycle.
Resource optimization:
Reduced cycle times guarantee efficient water and steam management and reduce energy use, thus achieving resource savings.
Possibility of diagnosis via modem:
In case of equipment failure, it has a connection via modem-PC. In addition, the diagnostic program (PC-Software) indicates errors and possible solutions and memorizes the last breakdown.
Water treatment:
Before starting the cycle, it checks the conductivity of the water and prevents its start if the established conductivity limits are exceeded. It also allows to measure the salt content of the feed water automatically. Furthermore, it is important to note that water does not circulate in more than one cycle in a row, so it does not drag particles from previous processes and maintains the quality of the steam.
Automatic control:
Equipped with a microprocessor that automatically protects the information in case of voltage drop and incorporates a cycle interruption function in case of failure. For the detection of these failures, the equipment has a control of the cycle duration, an overtemperature protection circuit, and a cycle monitoring system. In addition, it includes an RS 232 interface for connection to PC/modem.
Easy to read display:
The user instructions appear on the screen in a clear and simple way for the user's correct understanding. Information related to the selected program, the cycle situation, pressure and temperature, the load number, and error reports are displayed on a backlit LCD graphic screen (128x240 pixels).
Door opening/closing control:
The door opens and closes easily thanks to the push button control it has. The locking system has 3 locking devices to ensure a high level of safety during the operation of the autoclave and the electronic door opening mechanism is activated with just a push of the button. To close the device, just press the door.
Internal cycle log:
The data from the last 50 cycles are internally recorded on the screen. In addition, they can be printed using a special software program (optional accessory not included).
