Description

ClaveMed F is a special autoclave for the ultra-fast sterilization of unwrapped instruments, which greatly improves the turnover rate of surgical instruments and the convenience of small operations.

- Standard programmed cycles: Quick S, Standard B, Soft B, Prion 134℃, Test B&D, Test Helix, Vacuum Test.
- Other cycles: Descale (steam generator and tube cleaning).
- Steam generator: Built-in generator with a nominal power of 2000W.
- Water tank: External tank and wastewater tank.
- Door system: Manual door.
- Color touchscreen: Displays cycle process, time, temperature, pressure, process alert messages, error codes and all detailed information.
- User-friendly interface.
- Warning system: Door unlocking warning.
- Atmospheric pressure identification system: Can automatically identify local atmospheric pressure.
- Safety systems: Overpressure safety valve, overtemperature switch, safety lock system that prevents incorrect door closure, circuit breakers that protect the machine in case of short circuit or overcurrent and automatic maintenance warning.

- USB port: Allows to connect a USB stick and all sterilization data is automatically output on the USB stick to be viewed directly on any PC and stored electronically.

- Barcode label printer port: Allows to connect a barcode printer that contains the information related to the sterilization cycle.
