Description
K-Tape® Cut is an elastic kinesiology tape distributed in precut strips for easy application to specific areas. It is a widely used tool in sports medicine and physiotherapy that allows for the treatment of minor muscle and joint injuries without the need for drugs or products with active ingredients.
Its operating system is based on applying a slight traction on the epidermis, slightly separating it from the muscle. By doing this, lymphatic drainage and blood flow over the area are promoted, helping to reduce inflammation and pain. It is also able to slightly align the muscles and provide them with additional support without compromising the patient's mobility, making it ideal for correcting posture in children and for providing extra support to the belly during pregnancy.
The tape has a structure formed by two layers: an upper layer of elastic cotton and Spandex thread and another of Physiobond®, an exclusive adhesive material that, being arranged in waves, promotes skin perspiration during use. For all these reasons, and for its water-resistance and durability, K-Tape® Cut has managed to position itself as one of the most efficient options on the current market.
