Description
K-Tape® Cut is a pre-cut kinesiology tape that is used in the field of physiotherapy and sports medicine to treat minor muscular and joint injuries. Its operation is based on applying a slight traction on the epidermis to separate it from the muscle. By doing this, blood circulation is activated and lymphatic drainage is promoted in the area, alleviating pain and reducing inflammation in a localized way. Likewise, it is capable of slightly aligning the muscles, which is also useful in correcting posture in pediatric patients.
The K-Tape® Cut tape is made up of two layers: an outer one made of elastic cotton and Spandex thread and another one made of Physiobond®, an acrylic adhesive material that, being arranged in waves, aids in the transpiration of tissues during its use. All this, together with its exceptional durability and water resistance, has positioned the K-Tape® Cut tape as one of the favorite options for physiotherapists today.
