Description
K-Tape® Cut is a kinesiology tape distributed in the form of pre-cut strips for easy and comfortable application to specific areas. Its use allows for non-invasive treatment of muscular and joint injuries, avoiding the use of drugs and products with active ingredients, making it ideal for fields such as physiotherapy and sports medicine.
The functioning of K-Tape® Cut is based on applying slight traction on the epidermis which slightly separates the muscle from the skin. This promotes lymphatic drainage and increases blood flow in the area, reducing inflammation and localized pain. On the other hand, it is also capable of aligning the muscles and providing additional support without reducing the patient's mobility, proving very useful in the correction of posture in pediatric patients.
K-Tape® Cut has a structure formed by two layers: an upper layer of elastic cotton and Spandex thread, and one of Physiobond®, an acrylic adhesive material that, being arranged in waves, allows the skin to oxygenate properly during its use.
