Next PRP is a platelet-rich plasma collection system based on the use of a single syringe that can also be converted into a tube, a cap, and a connector, making it a smart, fast, efficient, and flexible solution for PRP preparation. It is manufactured and designed to meet the highest requirements of medical professionals.

Protocols
With this kit, the medical professional can choose the most suitable protocol for obtaining platelet-rich plasma, with or without anticoagulant. Three different protocols have been developed for use with this device: the anticoagulant-free protocol prevents physiological coagulation by physical repression and is prepared in 4 minutes, and the two protocols with anticoagulant are prepared in 4 and 8 minutes respectively, resulting in two different types of PRP depending on the treatment to be performed.
Procedure
1- Phlebotomy
Connect a hypodermic needle or butterfly needle to the NEXT PRP syringe and perform blood extraction to obtain a total of 10 ml.
In the case of using anticoagulant, load 1 ml of anticoagulant into the syringe prior to blood extraction (it is recommended to perform this step under laminar flow conditions to avoid environmental exposure of the product and possible contaminations).
2- Centrifugation preparation
Discard the used needle or butterfly needle and cap the syringe connector with the supplied cap. Unscrew the plunger to convert the syringe into the tube to be used during centrifugation. (In the protocols with anticoagulant, invert the syringe to mix it with the obtained blood)
3- Centrifugation
Place the syringe in the centrifuge with the cone upwards and apply the required speed and time according to the chosen protocol. In the case of using only one syringe, you will need another as a counterweight.
4- PRP transfer
Remove the syringe from the centrifuge carefully not to mix the phases, fix the connector on the cone and the plunger. Connect the syringe to another Luer-lock type syringe and transfer 4ml of plasma from one syringe to another.
(In the case of wanting to obtain PRP rich in leukocytes, recover only the last 2ml and a minimal amount of red cells and gently shake).
5- Injection
Place the desired needle, the PRP is ready to be injected.
Storage and preservation
• Do not expose to direct sunlight.
• Store in a cool and dry place. Store at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
• Do not use if the blister pack is damaged or open.
• The product's shelf life is 5 years from its manufacturing.
