Description
The Lind-Vac® vacuum tubes for blood collection with K3 EDTA are specifically designed for hematological analysis. These tubes are used for whole blood analysis and are ideal for applications in hematology, PCR analysis, and blood typing.
The anticoagulant used in these tubes is the potassium salt of EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).

Instructions for use:
EDTA prevents blood clotting by binding to calcium ions. Immediately after sample collection, gently invert the EDTA tube 9-10 times to mix thoroughly. It is important to mix well, insufficient mixing could cause platelet aggregation, microclot formation, or clotting.
