Description

Vacuum blood extraction tube for the diagnosis of the hemostasis system.
The anticoagulant properties of citrate are manifested by the formation of calcium citrate complexes with Ca2+ ions, effectively changing the blood clotting process.
The ratio of blood to sodium citrate is 9:1. It is very important to maintain the correct ratio of blood and anticoagulant for the citrate sample.
The separator gel solidifies after centrifugation and completely separates the serum from the plasma.
