Vacuum blood extraction tube 2.7ml with 3.8% sodium citrate. Box of 100 units.
Test tubes with sodium citrate indicated for collecting venous blood to perform coagulation tests.
Description
Vacuum blood extraction tube for the diagnosis of the hemostasis system.
The anticoagulant properties of citrate are manifested by the formation of calcium citrate complexes with Ca2+ ions, effectively changing the blood coagulation process.
The ratio of blood to sodium citrate is 9:1. It is very important to maintain the correct ratio of blood and anticoagulant for the citrate sample.
Features:
- Vacuum volume: 2.7ml.
- Size: 13x75mm.
- Features a double wall for extra protection of the additive against vaporization.
- The inner tube is made of PP and the outer one of PET.
- Anticoagulant: dehydrated trisodium citrate, concentration 0.129 mol/L - 3.80% (38.0 g/L).
- Scope of application: diagnosis of the hemostasis system.
- Sample: citrated plasma.
- Centrifugation conditions: 2000-2500 g for 15 minutes.
- Color code: Blue.
