Description
Vacuum blood extraction tube for the diagnosis of the hemostasis system.
The anticoagulant properties of citrate are manifested by the formation of calcium citrate complexes with Ca2+ ions, effectively changing the blood coagulation process.
The ratio of blood to sodium citrate is 9:1. It is very important to maintain the correct ratio of blood and anticoagulant for the citrate sample.
Features:
- Vacuum volume: 8.1 ml.
- Size: 16 x 100 mm.
- Scope of application: Diagnosis of the hemostasis system.
- Anticoagulant: Dehydrated trisodium citrate, concentration 0.109 mol/L - 3.20% (32.0 g/L).
- Sample: Citrated plasma.
- Centrifugation conditions: 2000-2500 g for 15 minutes.
- Color code: Blue.
