Emergency eyewash station, with stainless steel collector

Emergency eye wash station for high performance washing providing quick relief to eyes damaged by any chemical agent or solid particle.
Suitable for wall mounting, with a high-quality yellow powder-coated stainless steel basin. Suitable for industries, workshops or sites where staff are at risk of eye or physical damage due to fire, acids, reactants, petroleum products, radioactive materials or any other pollutant.
In addition, each spray head has a flow control and a filter to remove any impurities contained in the water.

Components and materials:
- 2 ABS plastic spray heads and assembled on brass pipes. Each head assembles an ABS plastic tap that prevents the entry of dust and foreign particles and opens automatically when the eye wash station is activated.
- Yellow, high-quality powder-coated stainless steel basin, highly impact resistant.
- Ergonomic lever and easily accessible for the operation of the eye wash station, made of chrome-plated brass.
- Ball valve and automatic opening when the operating lever is pressed, made of chrome-plated brass. It remains open until the operating lever is manually closed in the opposite direction.

*The eye wash station must have a water flow of 14 liters per minute to function properly. For this reason, it is very important that the dimensions of the water inlet pipe are correctly sized taking into account this data.
*The eye wash station's flow and pressure regulator automatically operates between 2.4 and 6.5 bars of pressure. If the water inlet pressure exceeds 7 bars, it will be necessary to install a pressure reducing valve.
