Emergency eye / face wash with yellow ABS collector for direct installation on the wall of industries, workshops or sites where personnel are subject to the risk of eye or physical damage through fire, reactives, petroleum products, radioactive materials, acids...
Product details:
- The perfect distribution of the four spray heads offers a high-performance wash: provides quick relief to eyes and face damaged by chemicals or foreign particles.
- Water inlet designed to receive a minimum water flow of 28 L/minute, thus providing a totally safe and effective eye wash.
- Activation by manually pressing an ergonomic and easily accessible push plate.
- Each spray head has a flow control and a filter to eliminate possible impurities in the water.
- It has a self-drainage system to eliminate residual water from the system.
- Equipped as standard with a universal emergency sign and an inspection control label.

- 4 spray heads made of ABS plastic and assembled to respective chrome-plated brass tubes. Each head has an ABS plastic cap that prevents the entry of dust and foreign particles and opens automatically when the eye wash is activated.
- 1 yellow ABS basin, resistant.
- 1 ergonomic and easy access eye wash actuation lever, made of chromed brass.
- 1 ball valve and automatic opening when the actuation plan is pressed. It is made of chrome-plated brass and remains open until it is manually closed by pressing the actuation lever in the opposite direction.

*The eye wash must have a water flow of 14 liters per minute to work correctly. For this reason it is very important that the dimensions of the water inlet pipe are correctly sized taking this data into account.
*The eye wash flow and pressure regulator automatically operates between 2.4 and 6.5 bars of pressure. If the water inlet pressure exceeds 7 bars, it will be necessary to install a pressure reducing valve.
*Place the emergency equipment sign next to the eye wash where it can be clearly seen.
