Diathermy Electrocautery MB 200 mono-bipolar

The Diatermo MB200 electrosurgical unit is a high-frequency electrosurgical unit suitable for carrying out medium monopolar or bipolar electrosurgery.

The available waveforms and peak voltage values used, as well as the precise control of high-frequency leakage currents, make the device suitable for use in endoscopic surgery (polypectomy, TURP prostate resection, papillectomy, uterine resection, endometrial ablation). 

The unit allows the precise presetting of output power with a resolution of up to 1 watt and allows coagulation by high crest factor current, to obtain a high thermal effect, as well as with low voltage low crest factor current, to obtain coagulation in the absence of carbonization.

The professional can easily store and retrieve ten different programs with different operating conditions. It is compatible with the use of split or normal neutral plates. A special electronic circuit (Skin Plate Electronic Control) continuously checks whether the plate is securely connected to the patient and detects an unwanted short circuit in the connection cable. It also features an Over Time Alarm (OTA) to prevent excessive heating of the tissue around the surgical area.
