A surgical lamp with a double arm that combines a dome from the Unica 520 model and another from the Unica 860, offering an exceptional configuration of innovative design. Both domes have been developed with a multiple mirror system so that the light emitted by the lenses is reflected in them and generates a double reflection. In this way, a shadow-free illumination is achieved, with great depth and a greater surface area of light emission. In addition, it guarantees doubly indirect illumination, so it does not cause glare in the surgeon's eyes.

Features:
- It is possible to adjust the color temperature of both domes in 7 selections between 3,800 and 5,000 ºK.
- The domes have been designed with a central LED module that allows to achieve greater depth in illumination. This function is intended for the surgeon to operate with rigorous 3D illumination, especially optimal in cavities.
- Both domes have the additional light source E-View (Extended-View), developed to expand the light field at the edges without affecting the intensity of the light in the center (Ec). Designed for the following procedures: thoracic surgery, abdominal surgery, cesarean deliveries, and all those procedures where the surgeon needs to operate with a larger illuminated field.
- The two domes have been configured with a high color rendering index in order to guarantee an optimal contrast effect and show the different shades of tissues, even the smallest color details.
- The diameter of the illuminated field can be adjusted according to the needs of the procedure. In the case of Unica 520, it is regulated from the keys on the dome, while in the Unica 860 it is adjusted with the removable and sterilizable handle.
- Both domes have been developed with an ultra-flat design for greater ergonomics.
