Unica 860 is an innovative design surgery lamp that allows adjusting the color temperature in 7 selections between 3,800 and 5,000 ºK. Thanks to its high color rendering index of 97 Ra, it enhances the contrast effect and displays the different shades of tissues, even the smallest details. In addition, the large diameter dome has been configured with an ultra-flat design for greater comfort and ergonomics.

Double reflection technology:
The dome has been designed with a multitude of mirrors so that the light emitted by the lenses is reflected in them, generating a double reflection. This system has been designed with the aim of providing shadowless, deeper illumination with a larger light emission surface. In addition, it achieves doubly indirect illumination, so it does not cause glare in the surgeon's eyes.

Multiple functions:
- The dome has a central LED module specifically designed to achieve greater depth in illumination. This function is ideal for the surgeon to operate with rigorous 3D lighting, especially optimal in cavities.
- It has the additional light source E-View (Extended-View), developed to expand the light field at the edges without affecting the light intensity in the center (Ec). It is specifically designed for the following procedures: thoracic surgery, abdominal surgery, cesarean deliveries and all those procedures in which the surgeon needs to operate with a larger illuminated field.
- The diameter of the illuminated field can be modulated with the removable and sterilizable handle of the dome.
- It has the ambient light function.
