Description

Splint for immobilization in extension or hyperextension of the distal interphalangeal joint of the finger after trauma, fracture, tendon injury, postoperative immobilization or arthritis affecting the interphalangeal joint. The lower part extends from the distal part of the finger to pass the distal phalange joint and is thimble-shaped to accommodate the fingertip. The upper part keeps the nail area free and reaches the distal interphalangeal joint.
Made of high-quality rigid plastic with holes for air circulation and cooling.
