How to Use
- For cold use, freeze beforehand for one or two hours and apply wrapped in a dry towel to the desired area.
- For hot use, subject to a water bath between 5 and 10 minutes or heat in the microwave submerged in water at 30 second intervals until the desired temperature is achieved. Wrap in a dry towel before contacting the skin.
- Avoid applying directly to the skin surface and on open wounds.
- Do not use for more than 30 minutes.
