STERIDIAMOND self-adhesive bags for sterilizing instruments and other medical devices by steam, ethylene oxide, and formaldehyde.


Features: 

The bags do not require the use of heat sealers as they are equipped with a non-toxic double-sided adhesive strip specific for sterilization processes

Made of medical grade paper (60g/m2) and polyester and polypropylene (PET/PP) plastic film.

White in color, allowing clear identification of the contents with high resistance to tearing and moisture. 

It has been developed in order to provide a high level of protection against bacteria.

All prints, including chemical indicators for steam, ethylene oxide, and formaldehyde, are placed on the paper side to prevent contamination of the medical devices with the ink and to prevent any release of potentially contaminating substances into the product itself. 

The indicators are placed on the product according to the UNI EN 868-5 standard.
·The steam process indicator changes from pink to brown.
·The ethylene oxide process indicator changes from blue to brown.
·The formaldehyde process indicator changes from burgundy to green.

The color change process of the indicator is described in different languages (Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese).

Batch number for complete traceability.

The bags can be easily opened.

Minimal fiber release during opening thanks to the characteristics of the medical grade paper.

Free of latex and free of phthalates and toxic producers.

Designed to be heat-sealed.
