Dormo Reusable Hot/Cold Bag, 130 x 180 mm

The reusable Dormo bag allows topical application of cold or heat in order to treat pathologies and mild symptoms. Filled with a high viscosity gel, it is capable of maintaining its physical properties at any temperature, so it is easy to prepare and use.

To use it cold, just put it in the freezer for 1 or 2 hours. After removing it, it should be wrapped in a reusable cover or a dry towel and applied directly to the affected area. When cold, it is usually used to relieve inflammation, swelling, pain, bruises, joint injuries, and local symptoms of fever (although it is not designed to lower body temperature).

To heat it, you can use the microwave or a water bath. In these cases, the Dormo bag is effective for the treatment of minor muscle ailments, rheumatism, hypothermia, and stomach pain. Additionally, it can be used as a traditional warmer.
