Description
HydroTac transparent sterile hydrogel dressing made of hydrated polyurethane polymer containing glycerin. The back sheet is made of a polyurethane film that is permeable to gases and impermeable to liquids and bacteria. It is ideal for the treatment of wounds with low or medium exudate as it provides balanced moisture and promotes the healing process.
It is designed without a border, so it requires an additional dressing for its fixation.
Certificates: CE Class IIb medical product in accordance with the European Union Regulation 2017/745.

- Measurements: 10x10 cm.
- Thickness (gel + support): 1.8-2.4 mm.
- Water absorption capacity:
• After 1h: minimum 0.3 g/g.
• After 48h: minimum 1 g/g (value reached after 24h).
- Moisture release: 8-12 mg/cm²/24h.
