The HydroTac® Comfort dressing consists of an outer layer of waterproof polyurethane and an interior of hydrogel with propylene glycol. This unique combination creates a conducive environment for the healing process, protecting the wound from external pathogens and creating optimal moisture for its healing.

HydroTac® Comfort is supplied in a sterilized format so that its use does not put the patient at risk. Additionally, it has a self-adhesive edge, so no additional fixation dressing is required to use it.

- Self-adhesive dressing indicated for the treatment of minor injuries
- Can be used on lacerations with mild or moderate exudate that are in the granulation or epithelialization phase
- Has an outer waterproof polyurethane layer that prevents bacterial penetration
- Has a hydrogel interior that acts as a moisture reservoir
- Has a polyacrylate adhesive edge to use it without additional fixation dressings
- Supplied sterilized by radiation
- It has been classified as a Class IIb medical device according to MDR 2017/745/EU
