Description

The HydroTac Transparent Comfort foam dressing has a unique composition designed to optimize the healing process for minor wounds that are in the granulation or epithelialization phase. Formed by a hydrogel layer and an external coating of bacteria-proof polyurethane, it is capable of absorbing light and moderate exudates and maintaining the area under an optimal degree of humidity for healing. In addition, it can be used to cushion the laceration and protect it from small abrasions and allows to inspect the condition of the injury without the need to remove it, making it exceptionally practical for health professionals.

Composition
- Fixation tape: polyethylene terephthalate film with numbers 3 and 4 printed
- Polyurethane fixation layer: polyurethane sheet with polyethylene terephthalate coating, covered with pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive
- Outer layer: semipermeable transparent polyurethane sheet with printed grid
- Inner layer: polyurethane-polyurea polymeric matrix with a water content of approximately 60%
- Non-stick layer: blue polypropylene sheet, with silicone on one side, with numbers 1 and 2 printed
