Description
The HydroTac foam dressing from Hartmann features a hydrogel network structure on the wound-facing side and a bacteria-proof polyurethane top layer. The foam dressing can be used for wounds with light to moderate exudate in the granulation or epithelising phase. The excess fluid in the form of wound exudate is absorbed by the foam layer, while dry wounds are kept moist by the hydrogel layer. HydroTac is soft and flexible, has a good cushioning effect and is virtually painless to remove.
