It operates through a state-of-the-art refrigeration system based on eco-friendly gases that do not release CO2, such as R600a.

Its measurement systems have been calibrated based on ISO/IEC 17025, so it has guaranteed accuracy to monitor its temperature in real time. In addition, the equipment has an optical alarm that alerts users if the probe fails and if the temperature rises or falls beyond the recommended threshold.
