The unit is made of epoxy steel combined with stainless steel and thermoformed ABS. It has 6 adjustable shelves and an opaque door. It uses a state-of-the-art refrigeration system based on the use of R290, a hydrocarbon gas used in refrigeration with low environmental impact. It comes with installed low-consumption compressors and fans, so it has reduced energy costs and noise level compared to other similar models on the market.

The refrigerator can maintain an internal temperature of between +2°C / +16°C constantly, so it is especially suitable for the preservation of laboratory samples. It also has built-in climate control mechanisms that trigger an alarm if the interior temperature exceeds the indicated limits. It also has alerts that are issued in case of probe failure and prolonged door opening.
