Description
The bed pad with wings is ideal for all healthcare settings, adaptable and suitable for 90 cm beds.
The polyurethane membrane, along with its lightweight, makes the bed protector washable and quick to dry, plus, it has wings which facilitate its placement on the bed, as the wings can be hidden under the mattress and thus secure it to prevent possible detachment of the bed pad during the night, and to mobilize the bedridden patient by using it as a "slide sheet".
It also has handles on the top and bottom sides, so as to bettermobilize the patient for postural changes during the day or night and to reposition the patient in bed. Plus, the handles will never be in contact with the patient, as they are located on the back to prevent chafing and discomfort.
The bed pad is studied with the Rothwell Method, which serves to measure the amount of liquid a product can absorb after being submerged in water, without taking into account the use of the product. Giving a total absorption result of 3.91 liters per square meter.
