XDS-1B Triocular Inverted Microscope with LED. Objectives: 10X, 20X, 40X and phase contrast.

Triocular Inverted Microscope XDS-1B specifically designed for biomedicine, biology and for the analysis of cultures in flasks, microtiter plates, jars, culture plates, tubes, etc. through its objectives and long working distance condenser, either in bright field or phase contrast technique.  

Developed with a transmitted illumination system (diascopic) by 3W LED lamp, pre-centrable using the external controls it incorporates. It is possible to regulate the level of light intensity according to needs.

Color-coded DIN planachromatic objectives:
-  10X (A.N. 0,25/working distance W.D.=4,3 mm).
-  20X (A.N. 0,40/W.D.=8 mm).
-  40X (A.N. 0,60/W.D.=3,5 mm).
- Negative phase contrast LWD PL ph 10x (A.N. 0,25/W.D.=4,3 mm).

Quadruple slide holder turret:
- It is designed with rotation in both directions by ball bearing and detent notches.
- Adjustable in height by rack and pinion mechanism.
- Coaxial bilateral focus controls: micrometric 0.2 mm per rotation with 0.002 mm increment graduation and macrometric with tension adjustment.
Long working distance condenser (55 mm):
- Developed for  clear field and phase contrast.
- Pre-centrable, with iris diaphragm and phase contrast ring holder.
- Height adjustable by rack and pinion mechanism or laterally removable for taller containers (145 mm).

General features:
- It has 1 pair of wide field DIN WF 10x (22Ø) eyepieces, DZ11x centering telescopic eyepiece for phase contrast and photographic trinocular adapter with S 5x (9,5Ø) photographic eyepiece.
- Includes 3 227x208 mm  stages for optimal accommodation of different sample containers: plates and/or culture jars, microtiter plates, flasks, etc.
- Mechanical specimen holder stage with 1 mm graduation scale and 0.1 mm vernier, composed of a smooth displacement mechanism (x-y) by rack and pinion: longitudinal 77 mm and transversal 114 mm.
- Robust and highly stable design, with side wrist rests for comfortable handling. 
- 45º inclined trinocular head.
- Interpupillary distance adjustable between 53 and 75 mm.
- Diopter adjustment  ±5 dp in the left eyepiece holder to  compensate for differences in visual acuity.
- Includes field diaphragm and green and gray filter carousel.
