The first time and after each use, the product must be thoroughly cleaned with hot water, disinfected, possibly rinsed with distilled water, and dried with extreme care. It also must be sterilized before subsequent use. The product can be cleaned in ultrasound tanks provided for this purpose and disinfected in instrument washing machines up to a temperature of 95°C (203°F). After cleaning, and before sterilization, it is recommended to treat the instruments with physiologically safe oil, especially regarding tips, connectors, terminals and all moving parts. Pay close attention to ensure the product does not come into contact with acids or other aggressive disinfectants that could corrode it. The recommended sterilization method is steam in an autoclave, the cycle temperature should not exceed 135°C (275°F) for a maximum of 15 minutes, to avoid damaging the product. For sterilization in hot air, a temperature between 180°C and 200°C is advised. The products can also be disinfected in instrument washing machines up to a temperature of 121°C. Instruments showing signs of corrosion should be immediately disposed of. During the warranty period, repair and/or free replacement of all defective parts due to proven manufacturing issues will be carried out, excluding labor costs, travel, transport costs, packaging, etc. Damages caused by improper use of the product are not covered by the warranty.
