The product must be thoroughly cleaned with hot water for the first time and after each use, disinfected, possibly rinsed with distilled water, and dried with extreme care. It also needs to be sterilized before subsequent use. The product can be cleaned in ultrasonic baths prepared for this purpose and disinfected in instrument washing machines up to a temperature of 95°C (203°F). After cleaning, and before sterilization, it is recommended to treat the instruments with physiologically safe oil, especially in relation to the tips, connectors, terminals, and all moving parts. Care must be taken to ensure that the product does not come into contact with acids or other aggressive disinfectants that could corrode it. The recommended sterilization method is steam autoclaving, the cycle temperature should not exceed 135°C (275°F) for a maximum of 15 minutes, to avoid damaging the product. For hot air sterilization, a temperature between 180° and 200°C is advisable. The products can also be disinfected in instrument washing machines up to a temperature of 121°C. Instruments showing signs of corrosion must be immediately discarded. During the warranty period, repair and/or free replacement of all defective parts due to proven manufacturing faults will be carried out, excluding labor costs, travel, transportation costs, packaging, etc. Damage caused by improper use of the product is not covered by the warranty.
