Description

This sterile hydrocolloid dressing is designed to maintain a moist environment and promote the healing of dry or slightly exuding wounds, mainly acute wounds such as lacerations, minor abrasions, minor burns (superficial and partial thickness) or postoperative protection of closed surgical sites.
It securely adheres to the skin surrounding the wound, avoiding the risk of leakage and wound maceration, while minimizing contamination from external fluids or bacteria.
The expandable and absorbent particles of the hydrocolloid layer absorb the exudate and swell to form a gel that creates a moist environment and promotes the formation of granulation tissue and wound healing.
It perfectly adapts to the contours of the body and is soft and flexible.
