Personal advice
Description
Parafilm® is a semi-transparent film made with polyolefin and wax that has exceptional fixing ability, even adhering to surfaces with irregular contours. Its use allows for the creation of an airtight barrier that effectively prevents loss of volume and moisture from samples, and prevents their contamination during the process, helping to preserve their integrity at all times. For all these reasons, it can be used to fix samples to slides and Petri dishes, reinforce bottle and flask stoppers, and seal test tubes and vials.
