The rapid antigen test is a gold immunochromatography test intended for the qualitative detection of specific antigens of SARS-CoV-2, as well as the variants from the United Kingdom and South Africa, present in the human nasopharynx.

Test procedure in 8 steps:
1. Open the wrapper and place the test cassette on a flat surface. 
2. During sampling, insert the swab fully into the nasal cavity and rotate it approximately 5 times.
3. After extraction, take samples from the other nasal cavity in the same way to ensure enough tests are taken.
4. Then, remove the protective layer from the test cassette.
5. Swipe the swab sample from the bottom of area B to area A. 
6. Add 6 drops of reagent in area A, avoiding it falling in other areas.
7. After covering the left side with the protective layer, gently press its adhesive and close the test cassette making sure both sides fit correctly.
8. Wait until a purple line appears. The test result should be read within approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Explanation of results: 
- Positive: two purple color bands appear, both on the control line (C) and on the test line (T). 
- Negative: only one purple band appears on the control line (C).
- Invalid: no purple band appears on the control line (C) or a blue band appears on the same line. This indicates that the process is incorrect or that the test paper has been damaged.
