O2/CO2 Nasal Glasses for Capnography with Hydrophobic Filter and Luer-Lock Connector. Pediatric
O2/CO2 cannula for non-intubated babies, with hydrophobic filter and Luer Lock connection for continuous monitoring of exhaled CO2 during the administration of supplemental oxygen.
Description
This cannula is designed for monitoring exhaled carbon dioxide in non-intubated infants using a gas analyzer, while administering supplemental oxygen. The device connects the patient to the gas analyzer and allows for the collection of exhaled gas samples through a tube to the analyzer, facilitating continuous CO2 measurement.
It is made from a soft material for comfortable placement over the ears. It incorporates a hydrophobic filter with a 0.20 µm membrane, which helps to limit the passage of moisture and liquids to the sampling system and the analyzer.
Technical Specifications:
- Designed for infants.
- Indicated for non-intubated patients.
- Allows for continuous monitoring of exhaled CO2.
- Compatible with simultaneous administration of supplemental oxygen.
- With integrated hydrophobic filter.
- Hydrophobic membrane of 0.20 µm.
- Filtration area: 1.53 cm².
- Water inlet pressure: ≥ 3.1 bar (45 psi).
- Air flow: ≥ 3.2 l/min/cm² at 1 bar (15 psi).
- Female Luer Lock connector.
- Male Luer Lock connector for tube with 3 mm outer diameter.
- Filter burst pressure: 2 bar (29 psi).
- Cannula made of PVC.
