Use:
- Clamp version: You can fix the clamp to the edge of any horizontal surface, then insert the lower end of the arm into the hole of the clamp and finally, plug the infrared lamp into the power.
- Floor version:  Place the stand on the floor completely horizontally, then, insert the lower end of the arm into the hole at the top of the floor stand, and all that's left is to plug it into the power supply.
