Description

Delta-Dry Softliner tubular bandage made of 100% waterproof nylon. Ideal for protecting skin under synthetic immobilizers, padding the limb and cushioning any impact upon removal. Guarantees great lightness in comparison to traditional tubular bandages.

Its highly breathable fabric helps keep the body temperature cooler in the affected area. Moreover, water drains quickly through the cast, preventing skin maceration and desiccation, and moisture evaporates rapidly through the fabric, which helps reduce bad odor during and after removal.

Composition:
- Nylon
- Latex-free

Usage Instructions:
- Cut the necessary length of the tubular bandage and slide it onto the patient's limb.
- Do not place the bandage seam over bony prominences in order to minimize the risk of pressure points.
- The tubular bandage should extend 3 cm beyond the cast. These ends can be folded outward and secured with the last layer of the immobilization bandage.
- In the case of application on arm/wrist, a hole should be cut for the thumb.
