Description
These Danish cinches with loops offer an innovative solution for securing the patient's leg during surgical and anesthetic procedures. Designed by nursing professionals, these cinches effectively address the common limitations of other similar products on the market.
The intended use for this strap is to elevate the patient's lower limb on the surgical table during skin disinfection before a lower limb surgery in the preoperative phase. The patient's foot is placed in the strap, with one band around the heel and another over the top of the foot.
Once secured to the foot, the leg is raised and the strap is attached to the restraint equipment. The maximum pressure applied to the strap when used correctly should not exceed 112 kg (1100 newtons). The strap is removed after completing the disinfection and before starting the surgery.
The strap is designed solely for this specific use and should not be used for other purposes.
Features:
- Adjustable length to fit different patient sizes.
- Its flexible and soft design ensures maximum comfort for the patient during the intervention.
- Being disposable, they eliminate the need for washing and disinfection, saving time and resources.
- Enhanced safety. The absence of metal minimizes the risk of injury for both patients and medical staff.
- Latex-free manufacturing, ideal for allergic patients.
- Flexible and soft material, without metal components.
- Disposable design to reduce the risk of infections.
- Infection prevention. Single use significantly reduces the risk of MRSA and other nosocomial infection transmission.
- Registered under the MDR, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Measures: 44 x 5 cm.
- One size fits all.
