Danish disposable straps with foam for arm and leg, 44 x 5 cm

These Danish foam straps offer an innovative solution for securing a patient's limbs during surgical and anesthetic procedures. Designed by nursing professionals, these straps effectively address the common limitations of other similar products on the market.

The intended use of this strap without velcro is to elevate the lower or upper extremity of the patient on the surgical table during the skin disinfection process prior to a lower extremity surgery in the preoperative phase.

The strap is placed around the patient's foot, with one part going around the heel and another over the top of the foot. Then, the leg is lifted and the strap is attached to the equipment designed to raise the legs. It is removed after completing disinfection and before beginning surgery. The maximum applied pressure should not exceed 112 kg (1100 newtons). It can also be used in the same way on arms.

This strap is intended solely for this purpose and should not be used for other purposes.
