Description

CHISON
The Chison SonoAir 70 portable ultrasound machine combines advanced imaging and measurement tools with a compact design to facilitate ultrasound exploration in consultation and at the point of care. Based on the AIR platform, it offers intuitive touch handling aimed at simplifying the daily work of the professional.

With an approximate weight of 2.1 kg without a probe and a thickness of 26mm, it facilitates transfer between care spaces. Its battery offers more than 180 minutes of exploration and more than 36 hours in standby mode, according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The 14.1-inch Full HD touchscreen, the four probe connectors, and the assistance tools allow the equipment to be adapted to different explorations, depending on the transducer and the working mode used.

Includes:
The SonoAir 70 comes with the following components:
- Main unit with high-resolution 14.1-inch LCD touchscreen.
- Four probe connectors.
- A 3.0 MHz 3C convex probe.
- A 7.5 MHz and 40 mm 7L linear probe.
- Battery and power adapter.
- Carrying case.
- Cable holder.
- Integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.

It also incorporates a fingerprint reader for access control and allows for the customization of presets, image parameters, and quick access functions.

Included image and Doppler modes:
- B, 2B, 4B, B/M, and M modes.
- Color Doppler (CFM).
- Pulsed (PW) and continuous (CW) Doppler.
- Optence and directional power Doppler (PD/DPD).
- Instant duplex and B/BC visualization.
- Triplex and quadruplex modes.
- Trapezoidal image and field of view enlargement with convex probes.
- Chroma B&M mode.
- Full-screen visualization.
- 2D Steer, to adjust the exploration angle with the linear probe.
- SonoZoom, to enlarge the region of interest during measurement.
- Auto Trace, for automatic tracing and measurement of the pulsed Doppler signal.

Image optimization tools:
The equipment incorporates multiple composite image, SRA speckle reduction, FHI harmonic image, X-Contrast, AIO automatic optimization, and Q-image. These tools allow adjusting the image presentation during the exploration.

Included assistance functions:
The SonoAir 70 integrates tools to facilitate measurements, the identification of structures, and ultrasound-guided procedures:
- Super Needle: Enhances needle visualization.
- Intelligent Doppler: Automatically adjusts the orientation of the region of interest and the pulse repetition frequency in color mode, as well as the Doppler gate in PW mode.
- Auto IMT: Automatically measures the intima-media thickness.
- SonoBladder: Automatically measures the size of the bladder.
- Sono OB: Automates obstetric measurements such as biparietal diameter, cephalic perimeter, abdominal perimeter, and femoral length.
- SonoColor: Allows for instant visualization of blood flow velocity in color mode.
- Curved Panoramic: Expands the visualization of vessels and musculoskeletal structures.
- SonoThyroid: Highlights thyroid lesions in real time.
- SonoNerve: Automatically identifies nerve structures.
- SonoCardiac: Assists in the identification of two and four chamber cardiac views.
- SonoMSK: Identifies and annotates musculoskeletal structures and surrounding tissues.
- Sono VF: Automates measurements of vascular diameter and area, as well as blood flow.
- HD 3D: Obtains 3D images using 2D probes.
- Virtual Face: Processes the fetal facial image from the 3D image.
The use of these functions depends on the corresponding probe and exploration mode.

Clinical applications and measurement packages:
The equipment allows working in areas such as general medicine, physiotherapy, musculoskeletal exploration, anesthesiology, vascular access, emergencies, and other point-of-care ultrasound applications.
Includes measurement and calculation packages for:
- General measurements and abdomen.
- Obstetrics and gynecology.
- Cardiology.
- Vascular studies, including those of the lower limbs.
