Description
The Nahita areometer is a laboratory tool whose main function is to measure the concentrations of solutes present in a liquid. It consists of a float and a graduated rod on the Baumé scale to calculate with great precision the density of a substance. On the scale, the value 0 equals pure water, 1 corresponds to 25 grams of sugar per liter of water, and 15 represents a 10% solution of sodium chloride by mass.
