Personal advice
Description
The Matachana Class B M20-B plus autoclave is a fully autonomous tabletop model that only needs an electrical outlet to operate. Thanks to its technical design advancements in safety and efficiency, it meets all the requirements for perfect control of all sterilization processes.
With the goal of offering high-quality service, the installation and startup of the device are included and are carried out by the manufacturer itself to ensure the correct performance of the autoclave.
Features:
Tabletop model fully autonomous, only requires an electrical outlet.
Horizontal chamber that facilitates loading and stainless steel door. High quality, long lifespan, and simple maintenance.
Easy to use. Equipped with a 4.3” color touchscreen that is very easy to handle. There are several menus that allow you to select and start programs, control the cycle at all times, access the service menu, put the equipment in stand-by, among others.
Microcomputer control. The equipment continuously monitors the progress of the cycle, identifying when it deviates from the established limits that ensure the cycle has been correct.
Steam generation. The autoclave incorporates an independent steam generator that guarantees a rapid injection of steam to minimize cycle times as much as possible.
Separate water circuit. It has a separate water circuit that provides high quality steam cycle after cycle, without particles from previous processes. It also has a conductivity sensor designed to measure water quality and check the conductivity value through the screen. It includes two independent water tanks with an individual volume of 4.8 liters
Autonomy. The capacity of the water tank can guarantee a full day's work. The approximate consumption for each cycle is 0.32-0.65 liters, allowing 8-15 cycles to be carried out depending on the type of load.
Condensation collector system. Equipped with a condensation collector system that shortens the cycle time, especially for full loads, resulting in lower water and electricity consumption.
Sustainability. The equipment incorporates the patented 2CS system that allows the collection of condensates to save water and energy consumption and reduce cycle times compared to other models from other manufacturers. The sterilizer can be programmed to start a sterilization cycle, as well as the interval for disconnection once a cycle has ended. In this way, we achieve a reduction in electricity consumption at times when the sterilizer is not being used.
Design and maintenance. The easy-to-remove lid allows access to the water tanks without tools and without effort. Filling them is very easy thanks to the integrated funnel.
Automatic feeding and drainage. The equipment is prepared to be connected to an external treated water connection to allow automatic filling of the clean water tank. At the same time, it also has a connection to automatically empty the used water tank.
Front service door. To access the main switch, connections for emptying water tanks, and changing the bacteriological filter that is already incorporated with the equipment.
Maximum safety. When the door is manually closed, it is automatically locked. Additionally, the equipment includes a series of safety features against:
- Short circuits.
- Overheating.
- Overpressure.
- Accidental opening.
- Imbalance of the water tank levels.
Data communication. The sterilizer includes an Ethernet port that allows the equipment to be connected to the network for remote storage of the completed cycles. Additionally, the equipment includes 4 USB ports for connecting other peripherals such as a thermal printer.
Drying. Perfect and quick drying by vacuum pump. This version includes a water separator filter that extends the life of the vacuum pump membranes. This model of sterilizers incorporates the patented ECO DRY functionality that allows automatically adjusting the drying time based on the load volume. It is an adjustment that is made while the sterilization cycle is being carried out and allows reducing cycle times.
Maintenance. It includes a series of video animations that are displayed on the new touchscreen and guide the user in carrying out maintenance actions in a graphic and simple way.
On the other hand, the control unit includes a series of internal counters for:
- Door seal change notice.
- Bacteriological filter change notice.
- Dust filter change notice.
- Water tank cleaning notice.
- Manufacturer maintenance notice.
These counters allow maintaining control of the sterilizer's status to ensure its correct operation.
