Description
The B 21ED plus type autoclave from Matachana has been designed as a versatile desktop device that meets all the requirements to perform a quality, easy, cost-effective, safe and fast sterilization. Its ergonomic design incorporates the latest advances in safety and effectiveness, ensuring at all times precise control of all sterilization processes.
The 21ED plus has type B sterilization programs, so it allows sterilizing all kinds of loads: porous products, solids, hollow load, with simple, double or without packaging. In this way, it guarantees the sterility of both simple unpackaged instruments and sets of complex surgical instruments with double packaging.
Both installation and commissioning of the equipment are included in the price and are the responsibility of the manufacturer in order to install the autoclave in consultation with all guarantees and ensure its correct performance.

Horizontal chamber that facilitates loading and stainless steel door. High quality, long life and easy maintenance.
Easy to use. Equipped with a 3.5” color touchscreen that is very easy to handle. Permits the activation of various menus to select and start programs, monitor the cycle at all times, access the service menu or put the equipment in stand-by, among other options.
Microcomputer control. It continuously monitors the development of the cycle, identifying when it deviates from the established limits that ensure that the cycle has been correct. High capacity internal memory storage.
Steam generation. The steam is generated instantly and with the help of a diffuser plate, independent vaporizer type, which achieves a homogeneous distribution of steam in the chamber.
Separate water circuit. It incorporates a separate water circuit, so the steam obtained is of high quality cycle after cycle, without particles from previous processes. Additionally, it has a conductivity sensor that measures water quality and allows the conductivity value to be displayed on the screen. It includes two independent water tanks with an individual volume of 4.8 liters.
Front service door. Equipped with a front door to access the main switch, connections to empty the water tanks and change the bacteriological filter that is already incorporated with the equipment.
Autonomy. The capacity of the water tank can guarantee a full day's work. The approximate consumption per cycle is 0.5-0.66 liters (for 220V version) which allows performing between 7-10 cycles depending on the type of load.
Condensation collector system. It incorporates a condensation collector system that provides a reduced cycle time, especially with full loads, and reduces water and electricity consumption.
Design and maintenance. The easy-to-remove lid allows access to the water tanks without tools and without effort. Filling them is very easy thanks to the integrated funnel.
Remote storage included as standard using a market USB-Ethernet converter.
Drying. Perfect and fast drying by vacuum pump. This version includes a water separator filter that extends the life of the vacuum pump membranes.
Maximum safety. When the door is manually closed, it is automatically locked. This equipment has a series of elements to ensure its safety:
