Matachana 22L Class B 21ED plus AWF Autoclave with automatic loading and USB

The Matachana B 21ED plus AWF steam autoclave is suitable for sterilizing all types of loads, from porous products, solids, hollow loads, to materials with simple, double or unpackaged packaging.

This model is designed to be connected to an external water connection to automatically fill the clean water tank and, in turn, incorporates a connection to automatically empty the used water tank. Additionally, it has a USB port for automatic download of completed cycles, located inside the front service door.

Installation and start-up of the device are included and are carried out by the manufacturer itself, so that the autoclave is installed in consultation with all guarantees to ensure its correct performance.

Features:
- Designed with a separate water circuit to ensure high-quality steam cycle after cycle. Additionally, it has a conductivity sensor to measure the quality of the water, allowing the conductivity value to be displayed on the screen.
- It incorporates a front door to access the main switch, connections to empty the water tanks and a change of the bacteriological filter.
- The approximate consumption of each cycle is 0.4-0.75 L to perform between 5 and 10 cycles depending on the type of load. The water tank capacity allows work throughout a working day.
- The condensate collector system ensures a reduced cycle time, especially with full loads, to decrease water and electricity consumption.
- The door locks automatically when manually closed.
- The autoclave has a STANDBY mode function, which allows energy savings when the device remains in STAND-BY.
- It has an RS232 communications port at the rear to connect different peripherals such as, for example, an external printer or even a PC (optional accessories not included).
- The vacuum pump allows optimum and fast drying and also includes a water separator filter that extends the life of its membranes.

- Designed with a horizontal chamber that facilitates loading. The chamber and the door are made of stainless steel, a material that guarantees a high level of quality, a long useful life and easy maintenance of the device.
- It is equipped with a display designed with 4 information lines and an easy-to-use keyboard that allows triggering several menus in order to select and start the programs, control the cycle at all times, access the service menu or put the equipment in STAND-BY, among other options. Additionally, it has icons to indicate if it is necessary to refill the clean water tank, if the printer (optional accessory not included) is running and if the door is locked.
- The team monitors the development of the cycle at all times and identifies when it deviates from the established limits.
- It allows selecting the date and time of the cycle start. Two options available:
    • "Start at...": select the date of the successive day
    • "Start in...": select periods of 10 to 24 minutes
- Steam is generated instantly and with the help of an independent vaporizer type diffuser plate, it is distributed evenly throughout the chamber.
