Description
The mustimeter is a measurement tool used to calculate the density of grape juice. In this way, the percentage of sugar contained in the must and the possible amount of alcohol that will develop once fermented can be accurately determined. It is very useful in wineries, viticulture centers, and enological laboratories because it allows to know the optimal moment of grape harvesting for wine making.
