Description

The Kolle handle is a laboratory tool that is used to plant biological cultures, either on the surface or in depth. It is composed of a plastic handle into which a metallic loop made of nichrome is inserted. To use it, simply insert the rod into the handle and distribute the sample on the desired support. The loops can be sterilized with a flame to sanitize them between uses.
