Description

The Kolle handle is a laboratory instrument used to sow all kinds of microbiological cultures. It consists of a metal handle into which one of the two nichrome loops included in its purchase must be inserted. To use it, you simply place the rod in the handle and spread the sample over the indicated support. The loops can be sterilized with flame, so they can be used as many times as needed without having to discard them.
