Flotation bath for tissue sections, 2 L

This flotation bath for histological sections is ideal for preparing paraffin-embedded samples once they have been sectioned with a microtome. For this, it has a heated black-colored trough where distilled water can be added and tissue sections submerged; in this way, possible wrinkles produced by the lamination disappear, leaving the sample completely smooth, free of folds and ready for observation. After this, just collect the sample with a slide, wait for it to dry on one of its sides and place it under a microscope for analysis.
