Description

1L MED-SOFT aspiration bag especially designed for the safe and simple handling of body fluids, liquids, and aspiration waste. For proper use and perfect operation of the system, it is recommended to use them together with the reusable external containers of the MED-SOFT line.
This container is available in several capacities: one liter or 1.5 and 3 liters.

General features:
- It has an ultrasound sealed cap with ports of four different diameters for error-proof connections.
- It also has:
• Antimicrobial filter.
• Anti-reflux valve to prevent contamination by preventing the return of body fluids.
• Mechanical disconnect valve to prevent overflow and contamination of the suction line.
• Possible serial configuration to collect up to 12 liters, with less handling during the suction procedure.
• It can be easily expanded for improved fluid collection reading.
- Material: Ultra-durable polyethylene.

Recommendations for safely changing the container bag:
1. Disconnect the patient tube and cover the Patient port.
2. Disconnect the Tandem tube. If there is no tandem tube disconnect the red vacuum tube and cover the vacuum port.
3. Disconnect the red vacuum tube and cover the vacuum port of the full bag.
4. Close the vacuum valve of the canister.
5. Remove the full bag from the canister in a safe manner.

*It must be used with an external MED-SOFT container of the same capacity.
