Description

1.5L MED-SOFT aspiration bag especially designed for the safe and simple handling of body fluids, liquids, and aspiration waste. For proper use, and for the perfect functioning of the system, it is recommended to use them together with the reusable external containers from the MED-SOFT line.
This container is available in various capacities: one liter or 1.5 and 3 liters.

General characteristics:
- Features a pre-sealed ultrasound cover that has ports with four different diameters for error-proof connections.
- It also features:
• Antimicrobial filter.
• Anti-reflux valve to inhibit contamination by preventing the return of body fluids.
• Mechanical disconnect valve to prevent overflow and contamination of the aspiration line.
• Possible series configuration to collect up to 12 liters, with less manipulation during the aspiration procedure.
• Can be easily expanded to improve fluid collection reading.
- Material: Ultra-durable polyethylene.

Recommendations for safely changing the bag from the container:
1. Disconnect the patient tube and cover the Patient port.
2. Disconnect the Tandem tube. If there is no tandem tube disconnect the red vacuum tube and cover the vacuum port.
3. Disconnect the red vacuum tube and cover the vacuum port of the full bag.
4. Close the vacuum key of the canister.
5. Remove the full bag from the canister in a safe manner.
